Gosh the future is so cool.
Welcome to 2012, where music is completely digital. Who needs thousand dollar instruments and million dollar recording studios when you can do everything on a $500 iPad and about $100-worth of apps?
Seriously, take a listen to this and compare it to the original. The digital version has a slightly different feel to it, but I personally like it better. See for yourself.

Regardless of which one you like better, it’s incredible that so much can be done using one small device. Unfortunately for me, I spent a fortune studying audio recording in school with hopes of working at a recording studio. With so much accessibility to music production apps like these, it would appear the future of music recording is bright, but the need for studios might be fading.
