Okay, I’m a pretty fan of movies. One might call me obsessive. I’m am not the biggest fan of rap. But don’t worry, I ain’t no hater. And my interest in rap has recently been ignited in a big way.
This music video for T.Shirt’s song “24 Frames (Movie Night)” is like a rap gateway drug for me. It is incredibly cinematic. I mean that because it is one long, continuous take, which is really difficult to do. Also, the whole video is staged inside a movie theater. Oh, and the lyrics are entirely made of movie titles. So yeah, I would call it cinematic.
