It seems that a lot of people find the opening sequence to Dexter to be a source of inspiration. I love it. It continues to be one of my favorite things about the show. Some people have redone the opening sequence in a new style. Adam Ben Ezra has sort of done that here, as well. He has created a music video inspired by the opening sequence and featuring his rendition of two of the most famous pieces of music from the show: “Morning Routine” by Rolfe Kent which opens the show and “Blood Theme” by Daniel Licht which closes it.
Ezra’s take on the music is beautiful and the music video is very interesting to watch. Enjoy.
