Gulp is an stop motion animated short film that follows a fisherman on a day out fishing. But this fisherman is in for a few surprises as he goes about his usual routine.
The animation is pretty cool because a lot of it is done by drawing in sand on a beach. I really think that is what makes it for me in this short. Using the sand creates a level of whimsy that I really enjoy.

Okay, as you may have noticed at the end of the video, this short was shot entirely on a phone. What? It looks incredible. Want to know what else is incredible? This short film holds the record for the largest stop motion animation set. The largest scene, which I imagine is the part when the boat is swallowed, was a set that was over 11,000 square feet. Amazing!
