Balloons are fun for a lot of different things. You can hold them. You can mold them into fun animals and hats. You can fly up in them.
But now, believe it or not, you can eat them. Just make sure it’s the edible balloon you’re eating… not a latex one.
Alinea Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois offers a unique item on an already extravagant menu. This place is so fancy I don’t even know how to read the menu. All I know is you apparently need more than $200 to eat there. $200 per person. WTF.

I still don’t get it. How much… substance are you actually eating? Like, are you getting any nutrients? Is it supposed to fill you up?
This place kinda rubs me the wrong way. It’s just like… You cannot come in here unless you have money spilling out your pockets. Oh, you have money to burn? Here, have some flavored air. Bah sho.
