The loyal co-pilot.
I have been traveling for the past week or so, as I have been exhibiting at a trade show in Paris for work. It has been fun (exhausting, but fun) being in the City of Lights, but I have had the great fortune of traveling with people who speak the language to varying degrees. One of my co-workers is fluent, one is almost fluent, and another knows enough to get by. Without them, I’d be lost.
Well today I part ways with my co-workers and venture on to even more foreign territory. I’m off to Austria to visit a friend. I know very little about the country, I don’t speak the language, and he’s pretty much the only person I know in the country. So basically feel like I’m going to a galaxy far, far away.
